For short-term and hybrid rentals we charge a percentage-based management fee. Long-term management is priced differently depending on what's involved. Either way, you'll get a clear written proposal after the consultation — nothing is agreed until you're comfortable with the terms. Because setting up properly takes real effort, our agreement includes a setup recovery fee if the cooperation ends early; this is always explained openly before you sign anything.
No. The apartment is yours and stays yours. Financial and tax obligations — including IFA, TFH and any other local requirements — remain with you as the owner. We handle the operational side: listings, guest communication, cleaning coordination and monthly reporting, all within the scope we've agreed together.
